Blonde Twintails, Black Lace, Plaid Skirt & Tokyo Bopper in Harajuku

Chael is a friendly apparel staffer who caught our eye on the street in Harajuku after dark.

Her look features a cute blonde twintails hairstyle with a WEGO black lace top, a resale pleated plaid skirt, and Tokyo Bopper platforms. Accessories – some of which came from Gisel – include velvet ribbon hair ties, a ribbon choker, and an Adidas backpack with a “Be Girly” button.

Chael told us that her favorite brand is Chanel and that she’s active on both Twitter and Instagram.
