Bunka Fashion Student w/ Tiered Skirt & 6%DOKIDOKI Shark Bag in Harajuku

This is Christina, a design student at Tokyo’s famous Bunka Fashion College. Christina is originally from Canada, but now lives in Tokyo. You might recognize her as a longtime Harajuku Fashion Walk participant.

Christina is wearing several layers of tops (at least one of which came from H&M), a tiered skirt from the Japanese brand ACDC, colorful tights & well-worn Adidas sneakers. Accessories include flower hair clips, yellow glasses, and a cute shark bag from Harajuku’s 6%DOKIDOKI.

Christina’s favorite shops are both in Harajuku – Kinji and 6%DOKIDOKI. If you’d like to know more about the life of a foreigner attending fashion school in Japan, follow Christina on Twitter (where she posts in both English & Japanese).

  2. So cute, I saw walking in Harajuku when I was there!

  3. Yup, even foreigners and expats follow suit with this sometimes, including Americans.
