Cut Out Little Black Dress & Jeffrey Campbell Skate Shoes in Harajuku

This is Maayan, a student we ran into on the streets of Harajuku. Her sleek stylish look caught our eye, so we stopped to find out what she was wearing.

Her cut out dress is from Forever21, and it features a lace-up waist. She paired it with a sweater knotted over the shoulders and Jeffrey Campbell skate boots. She is also wearing layered necklaces and an encrusted brown bag.
