We met this friendly couple walking in Harajuku and had to get some photos of their style. The girl on the left with a fringed scarf is Marina, a 21-year-old student. Besides the scarf she’s wearing a sweatshirt dress from Diesel, a leather jacket and maroon tights. Her Dr. Martens boots are tied with white ribbons. She’s carrying a large leather purse that features ruching on the front.

The guy on the right with a black beret is Homa, also a 21-year-old student. He’s wearing loose pants from Comme des Garcons with a white shirt and black coat with a wide shawl collar. His shoes are white high top sneakers. He’s carrying a vintage-style briefcase with covered with travel stickers.

We asked the pair about their favorite music and Homa told us he likes Yuki.

Docs have never gone out of style in my books! I’m more taken with her maroon leggings rather than her sweatshirt dress – but she does look comfortable. And a man who wears a beret – there should be more of it.
