Nakagawa is a 21-year-old student. She’s put together an edgy outfit consisting of a fuzzy yarn coat worn over a dotted top and embroidered shorts. All of these pieces came from UTA, the Shimokitazawa resale shop. Her large leather purse is also from UTA, which is her favorite place to shop. She bought her thigh-high patent leather lace-up boots on the Internet.
