Funktique Sports Jersey, Bubbles Sheer Skirt & Blinking Shoes in Harajuku

Monroe is a friendly 14-year-old junior high school student who we often see around Harajuku. She’s been a Harajuku regular for two years now.

Monroe is wearing an NFL jersey from the Harajuku vintage boutique Funktique with a Bubbles Harajuku sheer skirt, and lighted blinking sneakers (also from Bubbles). Monroe’s accessories include round sunglasses and an MCM bucket purse.
