Green-Blonde Hair, Oversized Coat, AvantGarde Tights & Tokyo Bopper in Harajuku

Here’s a stylish girl named Chipa who we have snapped in Harajuku several times. This time, we spotted her near Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku. Her green blonde hair and dramatic makeup caught our eye instantly.

Chipa is wearing an oversized coat with maroon Tokyo Bopper rocking horse shoes. It’s cold in Tokyo at night during the winter, so she has layered white translucent tights over a pair of Choco Moo x AvantGarde “OMG” tights to interesting effect. Accessories include a green velvet hairband and a vintage-looking leather bag worn symmetrically (around her neck).
