Harajuku Girl w/ Blue Hair, Piercings, Beret & Looney Tunes Necktie

We met 20-year old salon model Shoppy while we were roaming around the streets in Harajuku. Shoppy caught our eye with her blue hair and colorful tie.

Shoppy wore a white, short-sleeved collar shirt and black, pleated wide leg pants with lace hem. Both pieces are from fashion brand GU. Her black, pointed ankle boots with silver buckles are bought from Mercari, a shopping app, while her backpack is from Village Vanguard. She completed her look with a Looney Tunes necktie and a fuzzy beret covering her blue dip dyed hair. Her accessories included a lip piercing, gauged ears, a black wristwatch, rings, stretched ears, and aqua nails.
