Ootsubo is a Bunka Fashion College student – with blonde and all black fashion – who me wet on the streets of Harajuku.

Ootsubo is wearing a Bernhard Willhelm coat over a resale dress and cardigan. She is also wearing a statement chain and tassel necklace, floppy hat, printed tote bag and spiked Jeffrey Campbell studded Litas.
