Harajuku Girl in All Black Vintage Street Style w/ Graphic Print Top, Platform Shoes & Tattoos

We came across 19-year-old student Shiori while walking around in Harajuku.

She wore vintage black wide-leg pants and a vintage black graphic print T-shirt that showed off her tattoos. Shiori also wore blue socks and black platform shoes. Her accessories – some of which are from Forever 21 – include an embellished harness, a couple of rings, eyeglasses, several ear piercings, a lip ring, and a dangling earring with safety pins. Blue hair, blue lips, and a blue fan added pops of color to her all-black look.
