Here’s a stylish 16-year-old Japanese high school student named Mayupu. We’ve photographed Mayupu several times in Harajuku and her style is always exceptional.

Mayupu is wearing a leather jacket from the Harajuku resale shop Kinsella over a vintage Guns N’ Roses t-shirt, a long skirt from Panama Boy (another popular Harajuku resale shop), Grimoire graphic tights, socks from American Apparel (with purple ruffles), and wooden platform shoes. Accessories include a large hair bow, a knit muffler that she said came from “Sonia” (maybe Sonia Rykiel), a heart-with-wings necklace, several heart rings, and a cute Betseyville handbag by Betsey Johnson.
