Meet Risako, an 18-year-old student with short bangs who we spotted in Harajuku. This is what she’s wearing:

Her black top was a gift and her beige midi skirt is from Zara. The green tote bag is from Mother and her ring is from the Tokyo resale shop Haight & Ashbury. She is also wearing floral earrings, a watch and sandals.
