Harajuku Girl w/ White Shirt Dress, Pink Bag & Black Chelsea Boots

We spotted Sara, whose casual-cool look caught our eye in Harajuku.

She stepped out in a crisp white long-sleeved shirt dress, which was cinched at the waist with a wide black belt. Sara also wore gold leaf earrings and black leather Chelsea boots with block heels. Glossy pink lips and a pink transparent crossbody bag added pops of color to her look.
