Harajuku Menswear Street Styles w/ Yohji Yamamoto, Maison Margiela, Comme des Garcons x Converse, Facetasm, Vetements, Balenciaga, Gucci & Uniqlo

We came upon this trio of teens on the Harajuku street one early evening. They are R, Yuma and Hiyu, and they easily caught our eye with their individual street styles.

At the left we have 16-year-old Yuma, whose ensemble consists of a yellow DHL hooded coat from Vetements, worn over a monochrome print shirt from Facetasm, and vintage houndstooth print pants. He finished off his look with Converse x Comme des Garcons sneakers, a dark blue bucket hat with contrast tan trims, an Art of Inspiration medallion pendant necklace, and he is carrying a black crossbody bag from Conna Design hanging from his neck. Yuma’s favorite fashion brand is Loewe.

Meanwhile, 19-year-old R – at the middle – is dressed in a Yohji Yamamoto outfit featuring a blue artwork cape coat, worn over a black button down shirt with distressed hem, and styled with black loose drawstring pants. Black socks, vintage leather lace-up shoes, a black bucket hat, Maison Margiela knuckle rings, and a vintage leather bag completed R’s ensemble. R’s fashion favorites include Yohji Yamamoto and Maison Margiela, and he likes the music of Big Bang and Fromis_9.

And at the right is Hiyu, the 16-year-old student, wearing a black-and-yellow Gucci shirt with contrast yellow stripes and tiger print, paired with black skinny pants from Uniqlo and Balenciaga sock trainers. They accessorized their look with a black Balenciaga cap, a watch from Klasse14, and a gold knuckle ring from Gucci. They mentioned designer fashion labels, Balenciaga and Gucci as their favorite, and like the music of One OK Rock. Follow Hiyu on Instagram.
