Harajuku Teens in Colorful Retro Fashion w/ Barrack Room, Tokyo Bopper, Gaijin, Yakusoku, Melange, Grimoire & The Virgin Mary

Here are Nao and Koto, whose colorful street styles with retro charm caught our eye in Harajuku.

On the left is 19-year-old freelance worker Nao in an outfit from Barrack Room. She wore a black jacket with intricate white embroidery over a red sheer long-sleeved top. Nao styled them with a sheer black long skirt cinched at the waist with a gold belt. Her skirt also featured a thigh-high slit detail, which revealed her Tokyo Bopper platform shoes worn with nude socks. Dark red lips and an assortment of accessories from Barrack Room finished off her look.

Nao’s fashion favorite is Barrack Room, and you can follow her on Instagram.

Meanwhile, pink-haired Koto added a dose of vintage charm on the streets of Harajuku. She donned a Gaijin white floral jacket with lace trims, three-quarter sleeves, and a ribbon tie detail. Koto wore it over a light purple lace dress with a tiered ruffle skirt from Yakusoku. The 19-year-old student styled them with a head dress from The Virgin Mary, white floral stockings, and purple Mary Jane shoes from Grimoire. Bold pink lips, an assortment of rings and bracelets, and a fur-trimmed shoulder bag from Melange provided the finishing touches to her look.

Barrack Room is one of Koto’s fashion favorites, while Seiko Oomori is her favorite musical artist. Follow Koto on Twitter.
