Meet Noboru, a 22-year-old chef we often see in the Harajuku.

On this afternoon, blonde-haired Noboru – who we often feature on our street snaps – is wearing a white sweatshirt with small kanji prints from Ikumi, which he paired with black Andersson Bell pants and Dr. Martens lace-up boots. Frosty pink sunglasses from Acne Studios, silver hoop earrings, and a black sling bag from Uniqlo rounded out his minimalist look.
