Meet Haruka, a 19-year-old fashion designer whose striking ensemble easily caught our eye on the Harajuku street.

Haruka is dressed in a black printed tank top from Cecil McBee, which she wore on top of a long-sleeved turtleneck mesh shirt with flared cuffs from One Spo. She styled her tops with denim shorts, which she layered with black suede cowboy-style strap pants with fringes from Gallerie. Colorful Nike Air sneakers, a white Moschino belt, and accessories from Gallerie such as yellow-tinted sunglasses, silver dangling earrings, a SEXY rhinestone necklace layered over a pendant necklace, and multiple knuckle rings rounded out Haruka’s style.
