Japanese Streetwear Styles w/ Rick Owens, Black Comme des Garcons, DRKSHDW Leather Pants & Dr. Martens Boots

While walking along the streets of Harajuku, we came upon Koutarou and Hikari, whose takes on minimalist street style easily caught our attention on the street.

At the left is Koutarou, wearing a grey-and-blue colorblock long sleeve shirt with black constrast sleeves and black drop-crotch pants, both of which are from Black Comme des Garcons. Black socks, black boots from Dr. Martens, a gauged earring, and a black crossbody bag – also from Black Comme des Garcons – completed the 20-year-old student’s outfit. Sporting a white bob is 20-year-old Hikari, who is clad in a black sleeveless long top from Rick Owens, paired with black skinny leather pants from Rick Owens DRKSHDW and black mid-calf zipper boots, also from Rick Owens. In addition, Hikari is toting a grey suede tote bag from Rick Owens. Comme des Garcons and Rick Owens are two of Hikari’s fashion favorites, and he is also active on Twitter and Instagram.
