Juria Nakagawa in Harajuku w/ Nicopanda, Blue Hair & Blue Eye Makeup

Juria Nakagawa is one of the undisputed style icons of Tokyo street fashion today. We’re always happy to see her around Harajuku, where Juria works at the uber-popular legwear shop AvantGarde Harajuku. She recently changed her hair color to blue, and it looked fantastic with her dramatic eye makeup.

Juria is wearing a knit cardigan over a white crop top, Nicopanda-print pants, and Vans sneakers. The sticker on her mask is also Nicopanda, not surprising considering that Juria was working at the Nicopanda Harajuku popup shop last month.

    Interesting to see her without leggings on in the snaps for a change! While she tends to show the bottom half of her skin more, she’s reversed it here.
