Kimono-inspired Dress w/ Flower Crown, Quilted Bag & Neon Accents

We’ve met Tsumire several times over the last year (in both Shinjuku & Harajuku), and every time she’s impressed us with an eye catching outfit. Here she is last year and this autumn. She is now 23 and a student.

Tsumire is wearing a black and white outfit with neon accessories and a winter coat. Her dress is kimono-inspired, worn with a wide belt with lots of feathers, fabric and beads at the front. She’s got an impressive headpiece on, with flowers and lace, matching her jewel earrings and eye make-up. Her bag is quilted, in black and neon green, and has an oversized tassel (like we sometimes see in dolly kei fashion) attached to it. She finished the look with black lace tights, printed socks and pink flat sandals.
