LA Cap w/ Navy Coat, Leather Skirt & Bejeweled Booties in Harajuku

This is Hikalu, a 20-year-old beautician we met in Harajuku.

Hikalu is wearing a knee-length leather skirt with a white shirt beneath a navy coat. She accessorized with a “Los Angeles” snapback, a patch on the coat, and bejeweled buckle shoes. Her canvas tote bag features a cute mustache graphic.
