Here’s English-speaking guitar-playing Harajuku girl Lisa 13! We see Lisa around Harajuku all of the time and she’s too fun/funny! In addition to hanging around in Harajuku, she’s also in the all-girl Japanese rock band Heart Panic.

Lisa is wearing a pink top from Harajuku brand Milk under a baby blue cardigan, a pink studded belt, pink skirt, striped over-the-knee socks, and cute red platform shoes. Accessories include silver rings, lots of colorful bracelets, a pearl necklace, a metal cross necklace, heart-shaped sunglasses, and a Vivienne Westwood handbag. Her pink-blue dip dye hair also adds a lot of the cuteness of the look.
