Meet Noa, a beauty school student we met while out and about in Harajuku.

Sporting an ash blonde fringed bob, Noa dressed up in an oversized plaid blazer from Zara, which she styled with a floral print button down shirt from Forever21. Black pants with a pleated front, a black leather belt, Dr. Martens lace-up leather boots and a canvas sling bag are the finishing touches to her preppy style.
