Haruka is a cutely styled 20-year-old student wearing a light colored outfit when we spotted her in Harajuku.

Her oversized sweater is from the Harajuku resale shop Panama Boy, paired with a maxi skirt and New Balance sneakers. Her zebra tote bag is from Nadia Harajuku, and she’s also wearing a lilac knitted headband and pink make-up.

Haruka’s favorite place to shop is Panama Boy, and Shiina Ringo is her favorite singer.
