Pink-Blonde Hair, Rose Earring & Studded Boots in Harajuku

Here’s a friendly girl with striking pink & blonde hair who we spotted on the street in Harajuku after dark.

Her outfit includes a leather-sleeved jacket over a long t-shirt with a red lips graphic, skinny pants, and studded leather boots. Accessories include a Union Jack scarf and purse as well as a rose earring with a dangling chain.
