Pink Hair, JSG Hoodie & Monchhichi at Lady Gaga’s “Fame” Perfume Launch in Harajuku

Lady Gaga’s “Fame” perfume made its worldwide debut today at a special popup shop inside of Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku. Gaga has strong ties to – and big love for – Harajuku, so it’s no surprise she would select the neighborhood as the launch pad for her new perfume. Japanese Lady Gaga fans are extremely dedicated (as we have documented here, here, and here), and they came out in force to show their support today.

While checking out the “Fame” perfume scene today in Harajuku, we ran into this fun girl and her friend – both carrying bags from the limited edition Lady Gaga popup shop. In addition to her pretty blonde-pink hair, she’s wearing a sleeveless graphic hoodie (with cute ears) from the Japanese brand JSG along with matching short shorts, thigh-high fishnets (with handcuff bows on the back), and cute platform heels with bows. Accessories include cherry earrings, a melting heart ring, a small Monchhichi bag, an eyeball bow, and a Morn shark backpack.

  1. Ohoho, such a lovely girl… She has an amazing style! ^_^

  2. Oh no, I was yesterday at Omohara, why didn’t I go today? T_T” Would’ve loved to get a limited edition package but oh, well… I am too late like always in Tokyo, such a shame ._.”

  3. This is really very cute, normally some of the Japanese fashion is a little overboard for myself but honestly it’s very different from brands where I’m from (America). Yes, there are stars such as Lady GaGa and Nikki Minaj but they are mostly icons in the fashion world and not too many people take on their fashions because of their odd way of dressing. Which is why I love Japanese fashion–everyone has their own unique style, wearing popular (or not well known) brands, bright flashing colors that say ”Look at Me”, or the grunge/goth type looks. Japanese style is really fantastic, can’t wait for more posts:)

  4. This is kind of weird to notice, but her bow-legged-ness is really pretty on her.

  5. Dreaded Queen

Love the pink and blonde hair and her make up. I’m not sure what this print is but I like that too. Really cute ears!

  6. Loving the look, I especially like the jacket; it’s so KAWAII!
