Meet Okano, a 19-year-old Japanese specialty school student. Okano’s awesome purple-pink-green-blue hair caught our attention right away when we spotted her on the street in Harajuku.
Okano’s outfit features a blue top with visible white stitching from Keisuke Kanda along with a resale blue skirt with white lace bows on it, lace ruffle socks, and white rocking horse shoes (with writing on them that appears to say “kogeki” or “attack”) that she picked up resale. Accessories include knit/lace hair accessories (possibly Dolly Kei-inspired?) and a cloth wristband (handmade?) adorned with bows and with writing on it that looks like the Kanji for “Holy Night”. Like several of the items she’s wearing, Okano told us that she purchased her quilted flower purse at a resale shop.
