Here’s a stylish Harajuku guy who mixes elements of late 1970s punk and late 1980s heavy metal into his fashion.

He’s wearing a Skid Row “Slave to the Grind” band t-shirt that’s been cut up and layered (in Japan, this is usually called “remake fashion”), black shorts with sheer elements, and hightop sneakers from the Japanese brand Hiro. Accessories include a cap that’s been drawn all over and a Memento backpack that is covered in patches (one of which is for the Sex Pistols), buttons, and charms. We didn’t get full brand info, but his overall look is very much in the style of the edgy Harajuku shop/brand Hiro.
