Here’s Keisuke, a 19-year-old student who we often feature on our Harajuku street snaps.

Sporting a smart casual look, Keisuke is dressed in a resale graphic print button down shirt, tucked into black pants and cinched with a red braided belt. He slipped into George Cox white creepers, wore black sunglasses, a single gold hoop earring, and is carrying a metallic clutch from Donna Karan.
