Tokyo Vintage & Plaid Streetwear Styles w/ Neck Tie in Bow, Loverboy, The North Face, Midwest, Prada, Converse, Levi’s & Yosuke

We spotted Monyo and Kenta, two hair stylists dressed up in vintage pieces on the streets of Harajuku.

On the right is Kenta, who’s wearing a plaid button-down shirt from The North Face under a vintage black vest. The Japanese hair dresser also wore Midwest Tokyo wide-leg plaid pants and Converse sneakers. Kenta styled them with a Prada black crossbody bag, a Loverboy black cap, and silver hoop earrings. He added a pop of color to his look with vintage accessories including orange sunglasses and an orange printed necktie. His favorite fashion sources include Loverboy and The Four-Eyed, and he enjoys listening to music from Kohh. Follow Kenta on Instagram.

Next to him is Monyo in a loose purple vintage button-down top tucked into Levi’s black denim jeans with frayed trims. The 20-year-old styled them with an embellished belt, a Prada black crossbody bag, and Yosuke black platform wedge shoes. She finished off her look with dark red lips, silver hoop earrings, a septum ring, and a blonde bob with a half-up topknot. For more on Monyo, follow her on both Instagram and Twitter.
