Colorful Harajuku Streetwear Styles w/ Anime Print Blazer, Tanpopo House, Kobinai, G2? Ruffle Skirt & Handmade Fashion

We ran into Tamaki and Dainishibou, two 19-year-old students while they were out and about on the street in Harajuku.

At the left is Tamaki , whose outfit – all from the Tokyo vintage shop Tanpopo House – consists of a red collared sweater with a plaid inner lining, a white polka-dot double panel skirt, white lace ankle socks, and a pair of black leather heeled loafers. She finished off her look with a gold sequined beret from Kobinai and a red plaid tote bag, also from Tanpopo House. For more on Tamaki’s street styles, follow her on Twitter and Instagram.

Meanwhile, sporting a pink ensemble at the right is Dainishibou. She stepped out styled in a handmade anime print blazer with ruffled lapels, mesh shoulders with sequined sleeve embellishments, and sequined heart ribbons pinned to the lapels. She wore a red Tanpopo House button down shirt underneath her blazer, a pink tiered ruffle skirt from G2?, white handmade knit leg warmers with pink bows, and a pair of black platform ankle-strap shoes. Accessories – mostly handmade – consist of a fluffy pink bowler hat, sequin strips and bows for Dainishibou’s two-tone pink-and-black hair, and a teddy bear charm necklace. In addition, she is sporting a white handmade quilted bag with ruffled trims. Dainishibou’s favorite fashion boutique is the Harajuku vintage shop G2?. She likes the music of Wasureranneyo. Dainishibou is also active on Instagram, follow her!
