Cheney is a punk rocker who we met on the street in Harajuku.

In addition to his pink mohawk, he’s wearing a studded leather jacket over a “Too Fast To Live, Too Young To Die” t-shirt, black skinny jeans, and black lace up Dr. Martens boots.
