Here’s Kissy, a 22-year-old staffer from the well-known Harajuku boutique Nadia Flores En El Corazon. A key part of this look is her awesome short platinum blonde bob hairstyle.

Kissy is wearing an “I Am Love” t-shirt with white short shorts, broken heart-print tattoo tights, neon pink socks (neon is really trendy right now on the streets of Tokyo), and low-top platform Converse sneakers (a longtime cornerstone of the “Nadia look”). Accessories include a white beanie, colorful Hello Kitty bracelets, a large Tendence watch, and a two-finger ring that says “Want me?”.

She’s got this look down pat, right through to her hair and make up. I’m not really a fan of the neon trend appearing at the moment, but she does it really well with just accents of it in her outfit :)
