Tokyo Teen Style w/ HEIHEI Plaid Bow Dress, Beret, Lace Socks & G2? Vinyl Record Bag

We came across 17-year-old Heart, whose striking ensemble caught our eye in Shinjuku.

She wore a plaid dress from HEIHEI, which featured long sleeves and a large red plaid bow tie detail. Heart also wore black frill lace socks and black platform shoes with ribbon laces. Her G2? black crossbody bag was shaped like a vinyl record, and her hair was styled in twin braids. A black beret finished off her look.
