Harajuku Guy in Sweatshirt & Shorts Over Tights Style w/ Forever21, Spinns, Vans & Romantic Standard

We caught up with Billimayu, a 15-year-old student who we often see on the streets in Harajuku.

Today, Billimayu’s outfit consists of a blue Spinns sweatshirt with extra long sleeves, faux leather shorts from Forever21 over black tights (bought at a convenience store), and high top sneakers from Vans. His accessories include a Game On sweatband, mismatched hoop and zipper earrings, and a lock leather choker, some of which are from Romantic Standard.
