Meet Ioma, a 29-year-old hair and makeup artist whose all black ensemble easily caught our eye on the Harajuku street.

Ioma stepped out in a black asymmetrical long shirt from 24h Party, which features a grommet thigh strap. She wore her dress over black short shorts, and finished off her look with black thigh high sneakers from Rick Owens, a black Champion cap, silver oversized hoop earrings, and black oversized sunglasses.
