Blonde Harajuku Girl in X-Girl Dress, Marc Jacobs Bag & Tall Never Mind the XU Platform Boots

This is Shiori, who we often see around the streets of Harajuku.

The 16-year-old student wore a dark green leather dress from X-girl over an oversized black graphic T-shirt from Zara. Shiori styled them with white socks and Never Mind the XU glossy black platform boots with chunky block heels and a lace-up design. Slung across her chest is a black leather bag from Marc Jacobs, which featured gold details, a wide printed strap, and a contrasting red panel. Red lips and cropped platinum blonde hair with bangs provided the finishing touches to her look.
