Cham is a 20-year-old Japanese fashion designer who we often see on the street in Harajuku. Cham previously did design for another brand, but he recently announced the launch of his own independent street goth brand Frameout.

Cham is wearing a kanji print hoodie from his own brand Frameout with UNIQLO skinny jeans and Vans SK8-HI flame print sneakers. His o-ring shoulder bag is by the Japanese fashion brand Elephant Tribal Fabrics.
