Harajuku Guy w/ Tattoos & Pink Hair in Comme des Garcons Skirt & Dr. Martens

We often see Cheney – a Tokyo-based student and photographer originally from China with striking pink and aqua hair – on the street in Harajuku. We most recently street snapped him back in March.

Cheney’s outfit features a white button down shirt with ruffles down the front, an aqua plaid pleated men’s skirt from edgy Japanese fashion label Comme des Garcons, printed socks, and Dr. Martens boots with purple laces. His accessories include white framed sunglasses, a lock necklace, and a silver ring.
