Harajuku Designers in Issey Miyake, Dog, Damir Doma & Rick Owens

Josiah and Takeru are two Tokyo-based fashion designers who we often see around the streets of Harajuku. In addition to seeing them, we also sometimes see other Harajuku kids wearing their designs.

Pictured to the right is Takeru, who is the designer of the independent Japanese streetwear brand Buccal Cone. He’s wearing a coat from Dog Harajuku over an oversized white t-shirt and wide Dog pants. He accessorized with a cap, DAMAGE neoprene shoulder bag and sneakers, and he told us that Dog Harajuku is his favorite boutique. You can find his brand on Twitter and Instagram, or check out his personal Instagram account.

Josiah Chua – pictured on the left – was featured in our recent behind-the-scenes fashion shoot video. He’s wearing a faux fur coat over an organza layer by Issey Miyake over a top from Silent by Damir Doma and Kill City tie-dye pants. His bag is Drkshdw By Rick Owens and his lace-up boots are Dr. Martens. He told us that his favorite brands are Yohji Yamamoto and KTZ, and that he’s active on Instagram and Facebook.
