Meet Chibisuke, a 19-year-old part-timer we regularly feature on our Harajuku street snaps.

This evening, Chibisuke is dressed in a floral print button down coat dress from &ellecy, which she paired with a printed asymmetrical hem dress from Diesel. She stepped into a pair of black lace-up shoes from Yosuke and finished off her style with a light grey furry pillbox hat, a black grommet belt and a silver chain necklace from Bless.
