Harajuku Girl in Monochrome Street Fashion w/ Pebbles, Jeremy Scott & Police Lifestyle

In Harajuku, we met with Riomonster, a 20-year-old shop staff who is regularly featured on our street snaps.

Rio is sporting a monochrome ensemble which consists of a white Pebbles t-shirt, a Jeremy Scott printed bodycon skirt, and heeled ankle boots. Her accessories – some from Police Lifestyle – include mirror sunglasses, hoop earrings, a silver cuff bracelet, and a black ring.
