Harajuku Girl w/ Pink Hair in Peter Pan Dress & Spinns Accessories

Eartha is a 19-year-old working in an apparel store. We met her looking chic and stylish on the street in Harajuku.

Eartha’s outfit includes a short, peter pan collar dress from Forever21, black net socks and black platforms. A pink and black geometric tote bag by Issey Miyake Bao Bao and accessories such as hoop earrings, a tattoo necklace, an O-ring leather bracelet and a vintage ring – some of which are from Spinns – complete her look.
