Harajuku Girl Style w/ Curly Bob, Bless Accessories, Braided Belt, Cecil McBee Cutout Shoulder Maxi Dress & White Wedge Sandals

While out and about in Tokyo, we came across Chibisuke, the 19-year-old shop staff we often see and feature in our street snaps.

Sporting a blonde bob with curls and green hair streaks, Chibisuke stepped out in a white Cecil McBee maxi dress featuring cutout shoulders, ruffled trims and colored streaks. She styled her dress with a brown braided belt, slipped into white wedge sandals and finished off her ensemble with Bless accessories such as a silver chain necklace with a ring as a pendant, bangles and silver rings.
