Pink-Haired Harajuku Guy in Oversized Fashion w/ Balmung, Hello Kitty & Ruffle Skirt

While walking on the street in Harajuku we found pink-haired Nosuke, a 19-year-old student who caught our eye with his oversized style.

Nosuke’s style features a grey sweater with pink fuzzy accents from Tokyo fashion label Balmung, a pink collar shirt and ruffle skirt with asymmetrical hem, and pink platform snakeskin boots. his accessories include a pair of safety glasses and a Hello Kitty neck wallet.
