While out on the streets of Harajuku, we snapped 20-year-old Toby.

Sporting curly hair, Toby is dressed in a black Aphex Twin hoodie sweater, worn underneath a colorful cutout knit top and paired with resale purple pants. Vintage black leather shoes, an Italian handmade sling bag, a silver safety pin earring from Judy Blame and a black Vivienne Westwood fringed scarf rounded out his style.
