Harajuku Lady Gaga Fan in Sequin Sweater, Eye Ring & YRU Platforms

Rio is an 18-year-old girl with blonde hair and bangs who we spotted in Harajuku. She told us that she works in apparel.

Rio’s sequins sweater is from Ziu, worn with a pair of black leggings and YRU flatforms. Her accessories include triangle earrings and an eye-shaped ring from Ziu, as well as a Lady Gaga tote bag.
