Harajuku Girl in Lady Gaga x Urban Outfitters Shirt, Dua Lipa Bag & Jeffrey Campbell

Rio Monster is a 20-year-old Japanese girl who is a well known personality in the Harajuku street fashion scene. She works in the fashion biz and also does modeling. We ran into her near the famous Laforet Harajuku department store.

Rio’s t-shirt is from the Urban Outfitters x Lady Gaga “Joanne” collection, worn with a vintage leather skirt, fishnets, and Jeffrey Campbell sneakers. Her sackpack is Dua Lipa band goods.
