Cham is a Japanese freelance model and fashion industry staffer we often see when he’s in Tokyo.

When we spotted Cham in Harajuku this time, he was wearing layered tops by the Japanese brand Ikumi with Tripp NYC strap pants, Ikumi x Chuocho Tactical Craft horns on his cap, choker, Tokyo Human Experiments rings, and Nike sneakers.
