Harajuku Streetwear Styles w/ MYOB NYC, Kenzo, Studious, Fenty Puma, Demonia, Poggianti 1958 & Dr. Martens

While out walking the streets of Harajuku, we ran into this group of stylish Japanese teens. They are Takuro, Tomoya, Aozora, and Maya. Let’s take a closer look at their individual styles:

At the left is Maya, a 19-year-old part-timer. She is dressed in a red-and-black striped cropped sweater with a zip-up collar, o-ring zipper accent and a yellow contrast stripe, and a pair of black remake skinny pants with zippers and distressed details. She added black platform lace-up boots from Demonia, an M.Y.O.B black backpack with red studs, M.Y.O.B geometric wooden earrings, black suspenders, and a Kenzo ring. Sporting pink hair, 19-year-old Takuro is wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket from Studious. The beauty school student styled his jacket with a plaid button down shirt from Burberry and black pants with a center pleat and side zippers. Black Puma x Fenty suede platforms, a Louis Vuitton logo print crossbody bag, and accessories – from Kangol, Klasse14 and Garni – such as a black newsboy cap, cross earrings, a silver necklace, a leather belt, leather watch, and a silver wallet chain complete his look. Cody Sanderson and Christian Dior are two of Takuro’s favorite brands, and he listens to the tunes of Big Bang, TVXQ, and Shota Shimizu. Tomoya is a 19-year-old beauty school student sporting a tousled purplish-grey or lavender hairstyle. His style consists of a black jacket from Kelty, worn over a red t-shirt and printed button down shirt from Poggianti 1958. He added black skinny pants from Zara, which he tucked into a pair of Dr. Martens leather lace-up boots. He accessorized with a single cross earring, a gold chain necklace, a red belt, and silver ball chains connected to his belt loop. Meanwhile at the far right is Aozora, a 20-year-old hair stylist. His style features a black United Tokyo leather jacket with side cuff zippers, worn over a black collar shirt and a black Incentive Greed hoodie with a cowboy skull design on the front. He paired his layered tops with patchwork jeans from Resurrection and black lace-up ankle boots from Dr. Martens. A single small hoop earring, and a black beaded pendant necklace were the finishing touches to his street style. Aozora loves to shop at Resurrection and he likes the music of Uverworld.
